At A J Demolition Ltd we offer competitive prices to all our clients, working to deliver a high-quality service on a variety of projects. From small residential demolitions to much larger commercial projects, no job is too big or too small for our dedicated team of industry professionals, with over 40 years of combined experience allowing us to see projects right the way through from start to finish.

We are a family-run company who maintain a small-partnership ethos, providing a personal feel whilst using the professional skills and machinery more commonly used by firms on a larger scale.

Our commitment to health and safety comes from the very top. It is evident at every level of our organisation and in every aspect of our work. We regard the occupational health and safety of all employees, sub-contractors and all members of the public affected by our operations as being of paramount importance to our company.

Led by our dedicated in-house health and safety officer, we audit our integrated management system, safety performance and demolition sites on a regular basis and have created a culture where positive health and safety behaviours are second nature to our team.

We are constantly investing in staff training and regularly attend demolition specific courses at the NDTG to achieve the highest standards in all matters relating to health, safety and welfare of our staff and clients.
